"I began my mental health journey with Kaylee Koral in October 2024 from Bhavna Bahgoo Occupational Therapy Practice feeling lost and hopeless. Diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety from work pressure, I struggled to regain my confidence,controlling my emotions and self doubt

From our very first session, Kaylee’s therapeutic approach shone through. I was overwhelmed with anxiety and emotions, but she compassionately guided me through them. Her professionalism was consistent, even after my discharge when I transitioned to outpatient care. Kaylee reassured me that she would be there every step of the way until my recovery.

I was grateful for her attention to detail; while she was on leave, she ensured my file was properly managed and handed over for continued support.
